Founded in 1982. Established to conserve and share the history of living and working on the Plateau. Exhibits on Native American history, local commerce, logging, coal mining and local military veterans are showcased Free to the public. Tours may be scheduled upon request.

Established in 2019 to better serve the community.

Main office, research library and archives are housed inside of Buckley Hall.
